Many were alleviated before or as I posed the concern. Jake did a wonderful job quickly following up on any little questions or concerns. The labor crew was excellent. They were a wonder to observe : efficient, clean, mannerly. Extra to the roof project was a custom built top chimney cage and a problematic gutter and downspout section. "I had a problem with my roof gutter overflowing in heavy rain. The gutter was recently installed by someone else and that roofer was non responsive. I put out a call for bids and the owner of Royal Fox Roofing contacted me quickly (same morning as I asked them for a bid). He quoted me a great price to come and repair the roof/gutter after we discussed the issue. A member of his team arrived around noon, diagnosed the problem and made a repair to the improperly installed roof shingles and gutter where the overflow was occurring. When the actual materials arrived at the jobsite, everything was exactly as specified and designed to work together as a system. The crews arrived for work each day and were respectful of our property and privacy. Safe roof access was established, and the crew used ropes and harnesses to navigate the multiple roof pitches, dormers, on the house and external garage for removal and installation. The Perfect Roof team performed a thorough evaluation of our roof condition once the old roof was removed, and we were given the opportunity to also assess for damage. We observed slight damage that agreed with the Perfect Roof crew, and they proactively planned to repair the damaged areas. This amounted to a few sheets of underlayment that needed to be replaced, and there was no extra cost.
