"We recently had Jeff install a new electrical outlet and he was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas even with his busy schedule. In the past we've had him repair siding and do a basement remodel and he's been great with everything. He went out of his way to make sure the siding replacement matched the old color perfectly when it was very difficult to find. I've seen a lot of siding repairs not match the original color so this seems to be uncommon. He transformed our basement from a basically unusable space to what's now probably my favorite room in the house. He's always been a pleasure to deal with, honest about work that needs to be done, and responds very quickly. One of the things I appreciate most is that he'll do a job the way you want it to be done and do it the right way. "To start off, he didn?t even want to come out to see the bathroom before he started the job. I requested that he come out first to see everything because I really wanted to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. I was very thorough, even provided drawings and he kept assuring me that he could do what I had envisioned. My husband, who is in the trade, kept telling me to instruct them to do certain things that they were going to overlook. The tile work was not done as I had wanted. I asked for a very small grout line, asked them if they were experience in tile walls, they said they were, yet they would do things that I didn?t ask for and wouldn?t consult me first before they did it. I asked him if he could seal the grout and instead of doing it, he gave me a spray can and told me that I could just spray it on the wall and wipe it off and that?s all I need to do once a year. So then I had to take extra time to do something that I thought I was already paying for. Also, their way of fixing things would be to just caulk over cracks until you couldn?t see them anymore instead of actually repairing the cracks. The worst part about the whole experience was the fact that every time they had to come back out to fix their mistakes, I would get charged for them. I ended up getting billed $5000 more than what I had initially paid and now my husband and son have to re-do the whole thing."

"Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."
