"Excellent overall experience! I did some shopping around and Rick's was the obvious choice. The sales experience was pleasant and informative. Options were reviewed and questions were answered thoroughly so there was a clear understanding on both sides. I was notified when the windows arrived so we could get the work scheduled. Everything was done in a timely manner, the installer was both polite and professional. Clean up was handled as if it were their own house and the quality of the windows and the installation was exactly what you would want with a purchase of that size that is meant to last decades. I will return to Rick's if I have any future needs and will continue to refer others to them for quality work at a competitive price!"

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job."

"Both installers did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, and diligent. There is still a very tiny piece of debris in between the glass of one of the window windows. There needs to be better quality control when these panes of glass are put together to make sure they are completely debris and smudge free. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work that the technicians did"

"We had full window installation from Champion Windows and Siding. The windows look really nice and the presentation on the quality of the windows was a great selling point. The only drawback was the deal that was only available the day of the quote. I would have appreciated more time to review all of the quotes I received for windows, but I didn’t want to miss out on the savings offered on the day of the quote. Thankfully this was our 5th quote and the best value/product for the price. I will definitely recommend, and I recommend that you save the Champion quote for the end, so you get all other quotes and are ready to make a decision on the day of the quote."

"Integrity Exteriors and Remodelers is only company I would ever trust to call when I need something done to my house or garage. Andyâ  s crew replaced my siding and roof in 2008. I was so impressed with the quality of work and communication that I called him to replace my roof 8 years later after a big hail storm. Once again he did excellent work. I called them to put gutters on my big garage. Again they did a great job at a very fair price. A year later I had Andy put gutters on my house, while he was making sure they were doing a good job he notice I had a few missing shingles from a storm. The roof was a few years old with many storms and had nothing to the workmanship of his crew. He fix the few shingles at no charge! He really stands behind all his work!! When I decided to put a metal roof on my workshop, I called Andy right away. He gave me a prompt estimate and once again they did a wonderful job. Recently Andy added some outdoor outlets under my deck. I consider myself a handyman but Andy has teams that can get the project done fast and done right. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
