"Very professional and done quickly and efficientlyâ ¦ have and would recommend them to family and friends. Also, will be using them again for all our pressure cleaning needs!"

At ColorMind2, we help homes, businesses, and commercial spaces look clean, fresh, and well cared for with professional painting and pressure-washing services. A new coat of paint can make a home stand out on the block. A freshly cleaned storefront can make a business feel more inviting. A pressure-washed driveway, walkway, or parking lot can take a property from dull and stained to bright and refreshed.\n\nWe are a family-run painting and pressure-washing company proudly serving Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Since 2000, we have worked with homeowners, business owners, and property managers who want quality work, honest service, and results they can feel proud of.\nWhether we are painting a three-bedroom home in Hialeah, refreshing a storefront in Doral, or cleaning the exterior of a commercial property, we treat every project with care. Our goal is simple: to make your property look better, feel cleaner, and leave you satisfied when the job is done.

"They did much more than paint and stain the house. It began with small projects inside the house, from electrical to plumbing to grouting/sealing to wall repair. We could not have been more pleased with Drew and his team. They not only did good work, they are knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and even clean up after themselves. Additionally, we always knew when they were arriving and were kept abreast of any schedule changes. All projects were carefully monitored in progress. After having such a good experience with the interior work, we asked for a quote on painting the house exterior, the railings, and staining of the wood trim. They did all this and are overseeing a few more outdoor projects for us. All in all, in our opinion, you cannot go wrong by hiring Key Lime Properties."

"Amazing experience with this company! Will be hiring them again soon. My kitchen and deck came out great looking forward to my bathroom remodel once we’re ready."
