They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. Lechler's came out the next day, replaced the splash guard that he had installed because the correctly colored item hadn't arrived at the time of the initial installation. Not the only did he replace the part, he blew off leaves from he entire roof at no charge! We have received positive comments from our neighbors on how well they look. I've encouraged them to use Lechler gutters for their homes, too."
