"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. "My husband and I found Donny and his crews to be professional and courteous throughout our dealings with the company. Donny put my mind at ease when he described the way in which the mold would be remediated. He assured me that everything possible would be done to be as minimally intrusive as possible while making sure that the mold was taken care of completely.
When Mike came with a crew to take care of the work they were polite and professional. My father (who has been a carpenter/foreman for 60 years and has worked with all sorts of contractors) was at our home while the work was being done. The crew answered all of his questions and kept him informed on the work that was being done. If my father, with all his experience was impressed, then I know they were professional! The house was left in excellent condition. Luckily the work under the kitchen sink was minor. After Mike took out the bottom of the cabinet and took care of the removal and containment he rebuilt a bottom for the cabinet.  When the work was completed, one of the mold tests (for the crawl) came back positive and Donny sent a crew again to solve the problem. He came out a week later to take another sample, and this one was much better. He also assured us he would like to take one more sample after a couple months just to be sure.
The only reason I gave a lower mark for punctuality was because of a mix up on dates. We were told the crew was coming on a Thursday, but they were not actually scheduled until Friday. 
Overall, we were very pleased with Mastercat and the quality of work done by Donny, Mike, and the crews.

They demolished structure and slab of an old garage and built a larger, much nicer, replacement. Through it all, Terry maintained excellent communication and was very clear in her message. This was very important for anyone, especially someone hiring their first contractor! I would definitely recommend Regency for your project."
