Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"Absolutely wonderful company to work with. My project consisted of framing 9 second floor windows with new vinyl siding. It was very detailed work with many measurements and cutting required. They started and completed the project as was stated in the proposal at a very reasonable price. The team was very easy to work with. A special shot out to Ian, Wesley, and David who kept me updated throughout the project. They provided excellent cleanup and inspection upon completion. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again."

"Power Home Remodeling was great from start to finish. Everyone involved was professional and made sure my siding and gutter project was completed to my satisfaction. Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process. Tom came to verify the measurements and to make sure all the items involved would work and to discuss the actual procedures for taking down the old siding and gutters and for putting up the new siding and gutters. Charlie, Manny, and their crew arrived on time to install the siding and were extremely professional and helpful in dealing with a couple last minute changes to the installation. "What a welcome surprise to find a company that actually values quality & customer service!! This was the best possible experience we could have imagined! Not only did Mike show up on time to examine our roof for any storm damage, but he also came back to meet with the insurance adjusters to explain his findings & answer their questions. Chuck put together a fair & competitive contract that met the insurance guidelines. Once the contract was signed, Mike was here everyday to supervise the project. The roofers showed up on time, every day, working a 10-12 hour day to make sure any shingles removed were completely replaced before they left for the day to avoid any exposure to the elements of an unprotected roof. Chuck was in constant communication with me via phone or text to answer any questions & keep me apprised of the progress. Photos of the progress were sent at the end of each day. We had a surprise yellow jacket infestation in our eaves but the roofers continued to work on another part of the roof while we called in an exterminator. The gutter & downspout installers also showed up on time & completed our project as promised. Chuck & Mike work very well together & run a very professional company. I found them through previous reviews on this site & certainly appreciated those who took the time to submit their experience & reviews of the service they received from this company. Chuck told me I would not be disappointed & he was right. M Construction not only met my expectations, they exceeded them with their excellent customer service, quality construction, timely communication & willingness to go above & beyond to exceed my expectations.
