"I would not hesitate to recommend D& M Repair to anyone!! Danny came when he said he would, looked at my dishwasher and said that the piece of rubber coming off was just noise canceling and took it off for me. He checked the dishwasher to make sure it ran okay before he left. Best part was that he said because it was so minor, that he would not charge me! Something that you never hear anymore; that’s for sure!! I will be calling him in the future and recommending highly to people I know. "

"Unfortunately, Nevin is not familiar with Samsung Ranges and implied he was. He misdiagnosed my oven and replaced the wrong part. He told me to discard the old part and therefore would not refund me for the parts. He promised a refund of the labor but said it would take 1-3 weeks (LOL). Needless to say, I still have not received my refund. In this case, he was a parts changer and not a diagnostician. He said he couldn't afford to eat his mistake, implying that I should. Terrible businessman would not recommend. I'm out $500 and had to fix the Range myself."

In purchasing my new machine through M and L, the service fee from the first visit was deducted, and the price of the machine completely reasonable. They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. I was very pleased with their service and their promptness. Both of the gentleman who came to my house or a professional, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this this company."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
