"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. I would recommend this company for any professional contract work due to their reasonable price, ease to work with and quality of work."

"He was hired and came here on 5/14 to inspect a double awning on our new house and to fix a screen door. The owner came and gave us an estimate for the job, we thought he was coming to do the work, but he would send someone the next day. The employee came out on the 15th, looked at the awning and couldn't tighten certain bolts because he couldn't get to the bolts. He said that he didn't have the right tool, but still charged us what the owner quoted. When we called the owner because it wasn't fixed, he said that he needed to send two people. So he knew that he needed to two people to fix it. He said that he would have to send another man out again and charge us full price again. Why didn't he send the correct people the first time when he was already here and looked at it. We questioned his credibility and he became upset with us. We received conflicting feedback from the owner and the worker about what the problem actually was. When we asked about this he the owner said that he didn't have his glasses that day so he couldn't really see the problem. Instead of being apologetic he became defensive. This repair should have been taken care of the first time he came out since he never stated that he was just coming to give a quote. We ended up just ending the conversation with him. So we paid for them to do the repair yesterday it wasn't fixed and they wanted us to pay again for the same job."

"Hired them a month ago for the job, knowing I would need it reinstalled. Spoke to them 1 week ago and told them bottom rail was broken and would need a new one. They said no worries they will bring one extra incase the old one is unusable extra cost of 45$. I had no issue at with this. Job was set for May 4th at 2-3pm, spoke to the office that same morning to confirm and they said yes see you then. Nobody shows up at all and no phone call saying they are late or not coming at all. I call the office Today May 5th and ask what happened why didn't anyone come or even call, spoke to Jackie in office, she had no idea that the job wasn't done or that nobody showed up. Told me to hold on, came back and said they were very sorry and they guy will be here this afternoon, again i said ok and with the extra bottom rail, I was told YES. Crew shows up and the worker tells me they dont have any bottom rails for this job that they were never told they needed it. I call the office again, and the manager said that the install manager is on the way to the job to see what need to get done. 5 min later they call the workers and tell them to leave they will have to do the job next week some time. Not even a call to me at all, I call the office speak to Jackie and am told that they don't have the type of bottom rail I need so i will have to wait. Again no managers want to speak to me at all. This is a real crappy way to do business, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They don't care at all. Told Jackie I want my money back and that i will never use them again. Take heed before calling these crooks!"

"First off, the guys that came to do the work were amazing. They did a great job, advised me of gaps that would be under the gate, I was made aware and understood. I am going to try and resolve those myself. While they are working, they utilize the water and electric of the homeowner. They blew a circuit from one of my outdoor outlets. It ended up blowing out one of my breakers and I had to call an electrician to fix it. The owner/mgr called to ask how the job was and I gave praise for the work and just advised that I had to call an electrician. I explained it cost about $175 to fix and that the electrician said the breakers were old but it was probably something that short-circuited. In the receipt he even stated there was heavy water damage in the panel, which obviously happened before I bought the house. I never had a flood. I use computers all day since I work from home. I also have window air conditioners, washer, dryer, etc. I have had get togethers and used that same outside outlet multiple times. Never had an issue. Jay from Priority Fence immediately got on the defensive and basically berated me for having an 'old decrepit' electric panel. I explained I have been here for 5 years and never had an issue. All I did was what he asked and that was to explain how the job went. I don't need to be spoken to like I personally destroyed the electric panel and am blaming his company for a blown breaker. It was working before they used it, and it wasn't while they were working. That's it. These companies seem to forget the basics of customer service and speaking to customers that paid almost $10K in hard earned cash with some sort of dignity and respect. All he had to say was, "I'm sorry, if the damage is due to negligence of my workers, we will take responsibility. By allowing us to use your utilities, you agree that any damages are your responsibility." That's it! I would have understood. $175 out of a $10K isn't a deal breaker for either parties. I didn't demand for them to pay the bill and I wasn't upset. I was actually so happy that my yard is now fully fenced in and my dogs can run around with me fearing they might escape. Yelling at and making a customer feel like crap is not the way to treat anyone, especially if they aren't complaining or angry. I had recommended them for a friend that has an acre of land that needed a fence. That unfortunately changes. It's not about the money, it's just about speaking correctly to customers."

"Every part of this job was handled professionally. Luis came out to discuss the options and sign the contract and Carlos and his team came out and put all the writing into action. They did an exceptional job. No hidden fees or trying to get you to spend more than the agreed upon price. Everything is laid out for you before the job starts. And they stand behind their work. They tell you before they leave, to call them if you have any issues. Great job, great company, I highly recommend."
