He was knowledgeable about the springs and said ours were fine and did not need to be replaced, even though we thought there was something wrong with them. So he didn't oversell services. I appreciate that. He installed the opener very quickly and told us we had made a good choice. We've been using the opener for 3 weeks now and it works perfectly. The cost for the service was exactly what his estimate was. Creig is also a handyman and we will use him for other projects, too, if he's available."
