"Ramiro came and gave us an estimate as requested. He was professional and his reviews were excellent. Because of the Stay at Home Order due to COVID-19 we had to wait for 6 weeks before the job could be done. Ramiro scheduled our job for June 8th. On June 8th we received a call that the fence posts were not delivered. Ramiro thought they would be delivered on June 10th. We gave him an extra day and thus started our build on June 11th. From there everything went according to plan. We are very pleased with the job that Ramiro did. It is a "Nice View Fence." And we will likely have him come back next year to replace our 20 year old fence with another "Nice View Fence." We would definitely hire Ramiro again."

"Very happy with the work done. Crew was on time , polite , and respectful of property. Norberto had ideas for the job we hadn't thought of. I will be recommending Mt. Olive to friends and neighbors in the local HOA. We got five estimates for this project. Two were ridiculous ( two were double what the other three were ). It pays to get multiple estimates . The new fence looks great. The new lawn should should match in a month or two. Dog says he ' doesn't like the fence "."

"OMG I love my new fence, they came when they said they would. They did the work, cleaned up all the mess and I am so excited to allow my large breed dog outside now. Not to worry if the kids next door will tease or bother me or my dog again. 6 feet high and privacy slates is the way to go, I am bragging to everyone I know, LOVE LOVE LOVE my fence and the price was prefect. Thank you, Duke for doing such a wonderful job. I will call you again if I need to upgrade my chainlink."

"Sean was great to work with. He listened to what I needed and gave me several options to choose from. His pricing is extremely fair. When my materials cost less than expected he was honest and gave me the difference back. His work turned out nicely looking and he took care to make sure each step was done right. He was prompt on arrival and took the time to answer questions I had as he did his work. I would definitely work with Sean again. When it’s time to replace my entire fence and not just a few repairs, I will definitely be returning to working with him."

"It went well. We had contacted 3 companies back in the spring to get estimates. We called the top 2 when we were ready to proceed. Richard, the owner of All American Fencing, understood our needs the best and offered his insight and expertise. There was a lot of back and forth until we decided definitively what we wanted. All of the crew who were on our property were friendly, informative, and very hard working. They worked in the wind and rain. Richard was easy to work with. Three-quarters through the job we requested an addition and he was able to accommodate us. The job came in on budget and one day earlier than expected! Will work with again."

"Iron Earth is the complete deal. They took down an 70 yr old garage that had seen much better days and replaced it with an exciting new garage and RV Port with a storage loft. Dan Faris and his crew did a marvelous job of tackling every step of the process; from planning, permitting, design, teardown, removal of old garage and every facet of the build. Unlike some contractors I've experienced in the past, he listened to our wants and needs. Discussing what could and couldn't be done while providing the details. I knew they were offering us to be partners in the process, not telling us what the project would be like others had. The team was professional and reliable i knew I could trust them in every facet. Iron Earth Construction and Dan Faris will be my go to for future projects, as I know I can rely on them."

"I had a fence replacement project involved replacing 110 linear square feet of wire fence with vinyl. Originally I'd hired another contractor who had me buy the material and put down half the cost of labor before even doing any work. After a week and a half of delays with terrible communication and no work done, I fired them and found GeoHousingLLC. Gio came by to survey the land, offered me a much more reasonable quote, promised to begin work immediately, and assured me I didn't have to pay until all work was done. Whenever things came up that required my attention, he kept me informed every step of the way . All in all, they finished within the time frame estimated and the end product looks spectacular. 5 out of 5 would hire again."

"I had my old fence repaired and Dennis was great and gave me a good affordable deal. He is a very good worker."

"Steve Taylor arrived promptly for the estimate and then sent the written ones when promised. Though his schedule was a month or two out, he was able to work in our "smaller job" within a week. Also arrived promptly as scheduled on the work day. The crew was efficient and got the job done in a few hours. Fence looks GREAT! Excellent work. When the rest of the fence needs replacing, I'd want to hire Cedar River!"

"Ivan and his crew were amazing- very professional and the work they did was outstanding. Ivan worked with me to figure out the best solutions to a number of painting and drywall issues in the house."
