The entire job was complete in 4 days; the extra touches such as custom replacement of recessed wood floor grates for heat ducts made our already beautiful home look better than when it was new. The floors now have a satin sheen that enhances the natural wood color, and the wood looks brand new. George and EC Flooring really paid attention to every detail. The home areas were pristine, no dust residue anywhere on our fine furniture or nearby carpeted areas. We went for the Swedish finish/3 coats. "I had a great experience with Cristian and Travis from Five Star Hardwoods. They were the first to respond when I reached out to several companies for a bid. They made it out to my house in a timely manor and I received a reasonable quote shortly thereafter. They were accomodating and flexible when scheduling the timing of the refinishing. Travis was in charge of sanding and fixing the damaged areas. He was on time and had a great disposition. These guys are doing very hard work... particularly in our case they had to move some very large furniture... and they do it with a great attitude. Cristian is a really nice to work with and he understood exactly what I was looking for as far as the finish and sheen of the wood floors. He clearly takes pride in doing beautiful work.
