"RARELY!, I reiterate, RARELY! do home repair or maintenance contractor EXCEED expectations across the board with quality and pricing. Troy and his crew CRUSHED IT on my yard today. I have lived in my house in Northdale for 25 year now and I have only had three other contractors EXCEED expectations! (fence builder, plumber and house/patio pressure washer).
Troy gave me a very responsive appointment date. It was a very large job of 20 yards of mulch as I have Xeriscaped most of my property, forgoing grass in favor of dramatic flower beds and natural areas.
Troy and his guys blew me away with their ATTENTION to DETAIL in spreading the mulch. Not only was it laid thick, they took great care to go up and under all plants, flower groupings and hedges. The yard looks amazing and their clean up was just as professional.
As I said, I have only had three other contractors in 25 years who I would refer to my closest friends and Troy is squarely in that elite group. Even Angie's List guys have disappointed time and again, either on pricing or quality of workmanship or both, though their ratings were "A's".

Troy and his team are a true class act in a day where it seems most guys really don't care about your repeat business.
I'll be seeing them again in late May for a touch up after all the leaves have fallen!

"The technician inspected the home on the interior and exterior, then applied the termite treatment externally. He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated. He needed to borrow my watering hose as his was not long enough to make it all around the property, but rolled it up neatly when he was finished. The company was able to schedule the service within 2 days of my purchase of the Big Deal.  The technician (Rick?) arrived early and began work immediately.  He sprayed the outside of my house and then came inside.  He asked me if I had any specific concerns and I explained that I had been having problems with large ants and that the cockroaches had taken over my kitchen, since I work long hours in the fall.  He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.  He even explained that the ants were carpenter ants and that I might need to have someone inspect my home for water leaks, since they are attracted to moisture.  Then he tailored his service to my needs.  He treated the kitchen, the bathrooms and even the interior of the garage. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.  He did so much that I offered to pay him more, because he seemed to be doing more than what the Big Deal required.  He refused.  I was very impressed with his professional and expertise.  I would highly recommend his company for all types of pest control.
