"I hired these people to do my backyard and paver. They did an excellent job doing it. When something doesn’t look right to them, they fixed it for free! This is what I call a good service. The price was reasonable and affordable, it’s better than other deals I’ve seen. Their service goes beyond five-stars. If there was a higher option, I would give it ten-stars! The finished product looked, Clean, Beautiful, and they really put a lot of effort into my backyard. Now when I glance at my backyard, it looked much better than before. "There were large gaps between the pavers at the end of my driveway. When Pat got here, he convinced me to do additional work in other areas of the driveway. On the next visit, Pat said I should cut back some trees and shrubs around my property. A mature birch tree and an evergreen shrub was cut down to a stump, while I wasn't home. This appears to be part of his MO - as he added many things to the "verbal contract" every chance he got, doubling the contract price without providing any paperwork or receiving any signed approvals. Then when it came to payment he REQUIRED CASH. I am a small Asian woman and when questioning the quality of work he got visibly frustrated and shouted at me in front of my 8 year old that "[he] should have known better than to deal with a...." at which point I asked him to leave my property. The "great job" he did leaves my driveway looking aesthetically worse than when he started, and my pavers are still shifting - wish I could upload a short video."

"Brandon and his team truly transformed our property, providing us with the outdoor space we've always dreamed of. After meeting with 10+ contractors in the Burr Ridge area, we chose BSC Landscaping and could not be happier with him and his team. We bought our home primarily due to the lot which features mature trees, hills, and a creek passing through. These features required a team that could navigate the complexity of building with water runoff, preservation, and a balance between nature and hardscaping in mind. They absolutely nailed it! "Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
