"Because of my lack of funds to pay him, I was unable to hire him. BUT . . . Mr. Taft was instrumental in helping me find a plumber that could help me! THEN he called me back to advise me there was a program which I qualified for and provided me with their phone number as well as the plumber's phone number. Since I have additional jobs that need to be done when I can afford it. I WILL be calling Mr. Taft to give first crack at doing them! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU MR TAFT. You and yours are in my prayers! God Bless!"
