"It took forever to get the permit approved. The inspector had to come back multiple times. About 4 months total. Now after 7 months, the A/C is not working. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature."

The installers were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The crew boss, Chris, was not happy with the appearance of an external cable, and he returned on a Saturday to run the cable through the garage leading to a job that was aesthetically pleasing. I have since noticed that the door was not installed properly. I have contacted them numerous times to fix the door, they will not even call you back. So if you have them do your job and pay them, DO NOT expect them to return for any repairs!!! Their customer service is non existent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"
