"Had a pleasant experience.  The quoting process went well.  Higher Ground even checked back with me to verify that I had received the quote and to determine what our decision was. We were originally going to go with another company before finding out that the other company quoted on the wrong product.  Higher Ground got the job.  Walt came out one last time to be sure we picked the color gutter that would go with our final paint choice. <br /> Tear-down happened when I wasn't home to observe.  Crew was to remove and take away the old gutters.  Initially it looked like they had done a great job, but after walking it, we found several gutter spikes and hardware still in the house that we removed before the house was painted.  They'd also missed part of one downspout. <br /> After our house was painted, Higher Ground returned to install and they were done amazingly fast.  They took away that forgotten downspout and left the yard looking good. <br /> Laura made sure to contact me when they were sending me the invoice and made sure I knew the several different ways to settle my account.   <br /> We are really happy with the look of the gutters...now I actually am hoping for a little rain to be sure that they're working properly! <br />"

"In setting up the services, we were provided an estimated time frame of when they could get to us.  A few days before they were ready to come out, they called us to make sure the day and start time were okay.  They arrived when they said they would and got straight to work.  Four employees came out to take on our backyard.  They were all professional and worked hard to get the job done.  They chipped up what they could and hauled away everything.  They even asked us if we wanted any of it for firewood and when we said yes, they cut it into fireplace-size pieces and stacked it up so that all that needed to be done was split it.  Once they got everything down, they raked and blowed our lawn mostly clean of the debris.  I was rather impressed that they were able to remove all those trees in about 5 hours, especially since they had to top-down three of them.  We will definitely work with them in the future for other landscaping needs."
