"Our stone walk way is on a very steep hill.  Ab and his team worked carefully to get the 200-300 pound stones down the hill to the path site with minimal disturbance to the yard and grass.  He suggested a certain type of stone that would provide long-term durability and stability for the walk to the lake and added pleasing curves so that the steps looked more inviting than a cold stairway.  He was careful to plant grass along the sides of the pathway where the construction disturbed the grass already in place.  While the weather was extremely hot, he and his team worked every day until the project was completed, about 3 days.  They showed up when expected and communicated their plans for the next day at the end of each day.  There were no surprises.  We ended up with some extra materials (stones) and he added extra steps at the side of the house even though that wasn't part of the original design.  There was no additional cost for this work."

"Craftsmanship was beautiful and well done. Fence was built beautifully w/ pergola at side of house. The problem came when it was finished in October. We paid in full even though they had to come back in the spring to stain the deck and fence after the green wood had dried. I asked two times what I would owe when he came back in the spring and he told me "nothing". When he finally came back in May he hired someone to repaint my deck ceiling another coat which was horrible and he hired someone else to repaint. He hired someone to stain the deck and it looked like a 10 yr old did it (pictures are worth a thousand words, even without Photoshop). Uneven and splotchy all over the deck (I have pictures, non-edited for proof). When the fence started to be stained it was darker than expected and I asked them to stop until I decided if I could live w/ the color. They obliged. Meantime, something happened on my roof during the painting process that caused a leak in my bathroom and damaged my interior bathroom walls. They came to put a tarp on my roof to stop the leaking but the tarp is still there and no one returns my texts/communications now. I was asked for a check to cover the cost of staining the deck, but reminded the contractor I paid in full in October and was told I would owe nothing when they came back to stain in the spring twice. When they came back in May to start the staining I showed the owner several places on my house paint that were already peeling after only 7 months and he assured me he would take care of it. Nothing! During the remodel phase, the company planted grass seed and hay with no instruction on how to grow grass. Granted, it's only grass, but we had nothing but mud and dead leaves in our back yard. This occurred during the fall season and the contractor assured us he would bring by some grass seed to fill the void. Promises! Promises! No grass seed seen or sewed. Ultimately, we laid sod with a beautiful finish....without the contractor. The company does great craftsmanship, but DO NOT hire them for painting, staining or landscaping and DO NOT pay them in full before your job is finished! Get everything in writing with these people. I am willing to show the craftsmanship and lack of effort in completing a paid job with no results as promised."
