"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"My neighbors hired Tom to clean their vents. Their recommendations convinced me to call for an appointment. Tom came to clean my dryer vent which was clogged in the wall between the laundry room and the sunroom. At my request, he removed the original flimsy flex line and replaced it with metal. First load of laundry took less than half the time it had been taking! I’m passing his card around in our senior community. Our homes were built 20 years ago and I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of anyone having dryer vents cleaned. I’m going to urge my neighbors to call Tom. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant!"

"Had a scheduled time and day for him to come out only to be told there was an emergency job and he wasn’t going to be there on time and didn’t know when he was actually going to be there like we had all day to wait on him. We wonder if he was even going to let us know if we didn’t message first to confirm the time only a couple hours before. Then when we tried to reschedule we got no response. It would be nice to just have someone show up when they say they will or at all."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
