He determined how to repair the ceiling and his crew spent two days covering the old ceiling, framing the wood with lathe and caulking every seam then painting with two coats of paint. "Bill came out the same day I called for an estimate. He was 1 of 5 estimates I scheduled; I canceled the last one after he was out-I knew I had the guy for the job! He was very honest-the composite roof I had installed 10 yrs prior had to come off-could not be repaired. I had been told this by others as well, but Bill explained exactly why and what would be involved. He and his crew came out and worked (really worked) to remove the roofing down to the decking, replaced the bad sheets, and then began installing the new roof. Bill had to remove and flash a skylight that had been leaking as well as replacing chimney flashing, boots, etc. Everything was done to perfection and the area was so clean when they finished, you would never imagine the mess they had to take care of!
