"GoTo Roofing was very prompt in scheduling our serious roofing issues. I was not able to be there while they were working or was I able to inspect the finished job until a couple of weeks later. I was impressed with the workmanship! The chimney, vents and even the original lightning rods were blended and sealed perfectly! In addition, a piece of trim siding that had blown off the peak of the house was replaced-I would have never been able to get up there! "Hamdan Quality Roofing was able to provide a great product at a very good price point. Other companies are potentially 1.5x or 2x the price. They can provide a good price because they are family owned/operated, they own a metal roll forming machine where other may not, and they make their own fittings (z-bar, ridge cap, w-valley channel, end caps, etc). It is very important to understand the differences in what you get with metal roofing products as there are so many variations and they are transparent about the different products. They can quote agricultural panels (exposed fastener panels), shingles, and standing seam (concealed fastener). I went with a 24-gauge metal standing seam (concealed fastener). They were able to put it right overtop of the first layer of shingles (with a synthetic barrier) which some other contractors may or may not quote it that way. They own their own metal roofing roll forming machine (Englert Machinery - model FP1101), they purchased large rolls of metal from CMG metals, and they had a metal bending machine in their trailer to bend their fittings (ridge cap, z-bar, w-valley flashings, drip edge, eave end cap, ect). The panels were made on site which was cool to watch. They installed S-5 Colorgard snow bars. Some hiccups with the permitting but it was approved by the township after the township dropped the ball on a couple things. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a metal standing seam roof."

"There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"Nyboer builders did a great job with this project.  They took a bit longer than expected to complete the project,  but only a couple of weeks past the estimate and weather did play a part for some of the delay.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The roofing crew were all very friendly and very responsive to questions or small requests.    The job supervisor was especially professional and courteous.   I would highly recommend Nyboer builders to anyone.  I hope to use them again in the future for some remodeling work.
