"Fantastic!!! My first call (on a Saturday) was returned in ~30 minutes. Since it wasn’t an emergency I was asked if the office could call me back on Monday to set an appointment - which was fine. Kristen called first thing Monday morning and worked with me to set a convenient time. I explained that the repairs were needed at my mother’s home (in a resort community) and that my mother’s aide would be present but I could not meet with the technician and would need to coordinate payment remotely. None of this was a problem and, in fact, they even offered to purchase the replacement faucet she needed for me since I couldn’t be there to arrange for it prior to the appointment. The estimate was given before the work began and the bill was for the same amount despite the technician having to make a couple of extra supply runs during the repair. I paid promptly by phone and received a receipt within the same day. Overall, a big sigh of relief to know I found a reputable company that was responsive, fair and understanding of my situation. "Chris, his son, and the rest of his team was very professional. I'll start by saying that we had called AJ Perri for an emergency, who charged us a reasonable $95 to snake the sewage drain from the clean out outside to the street. Then they recommended a camera of our line due to resistance at about 80 feet. The camera showed corrosion and puddling at the end of our lawn just before the sidewalk. They quoted us $15,000 to do a liner instead of full replacement!!! My brother worked for our uncle's plumbing business for 10 years down in TX. My brother swore up and down AJ Perri was charging outrageously and convinced us to get other quotes. Roto Rooter came in at $13,000, again my brother told me to get quotes from smaller local companies, as he and my uncle would have a charged around $5,000 and given a warranty. We reached out to three smaller companies, including Chris and his son, and they were all in the same ballpark at just a littmore more than 1/3 of what AJ Perri quoted us, including full replacement of the cast iron sewage pipe and replacement of the water line. Since the other quotes were in the same general ball park (within $1,000 or so), we went off the quality and quantity of reviews and Chris and his son had great reviews on HomeAdvisor and other places on the web. Working with them was easy. They kept us apprised of the process. The permit took a little longer to get than expected due to a mistake about what township we're in (it happens more often than we would like). Other than that, there were no issues, and aside from having to spend a lot of money on something that isn't seen, it's obviously necessary, and we're pleased with the work (the problem started with the plumbing on our lower level backing up). We highly recommend Chris and his company."

"Professional, courteous, respectful, connected customer relationship and communication focused from first contact with owner Jake to administrator Amy to technician Robert. We received an email and a call from Amy notifying that Robert was on his way. Robert diagnosed the problems, described the solutions and made the repairs. Our clogged kitchen drain has been clear since his industrial snaking. And our "singing pipes" was actually a defective toilet closet mechanism which he replaced. He was the 3rd plumber we had in to fix the singing pipes and the only one who actually solved the problem. Robert was friendly, efficient and respectful leaving our place clean after his work. He was also willing to walk through the house to help us see if there was any other plumbing problems that needed repairing. We had pre-paid for an emergency/after hours visit which was higher than for regular hours. As it turned out, we ended up getting a regular hours timeslot due to a cancellation. The pre-payment was applied to the final bill collected by Robert at end of service, just as explained by Jake and confirmed by Amy. We will be calling Alliance Service Professionals again if/when we need plumbing done well by skillful and experienced professionals with respect for people and property."
