"Some of the crew members of Forever Green are the children and former workers of a now retired Tree God who had been taking care of all things tree related since I was a child. These kids, now adults, were taught not just tree knowledge, but tree science. All pruning encourages growth, so if a tree is trimmed improperly or viciously assaulted with a chain saw by an untrained landscaper, the tree will escalate its growth, become massively top-heavy, severely damaged, and become dangerous to itself and your property and home. Forever Green knows how much or how little should be removed to help the tree to thrive and also satisfy power line requirements and homeowner concerns. They have slimmed my quite majestic Gum Tree when it was damaged by high winds and heavy downpours so that it doesn’t become prone to further damage if that weather pattern repeats itself. The second time we called them was to cut down two 60-ft dead Spruce trees that had the dreaded Spruce disease where they turn into skeletons. One was very close to the house. I don’t know how they did it, but the areas were left practically spotless. He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) "I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate and I received a quick reply from Trevor.   I agreed to the rate and we scheduled a service date.   He contacted me to confirm the appointment.   He called before they arrived and split and stacked one large pile beautifully.   The pieces are consistent size and will be easy to light.   I would provide a picture but this site doesn't have that option.  During the first day of work I received a call saying that the second pile wasn't accessible due to the overgrown brush (which was taller than I expected) and they provided a very fair price to clear the brush and split the second large pile.   They did just as good a job on the second pile - and I'm absolutely satisfied with the whole service.  I won't need wood for several years, but I hope to use Lucky Strike again.

"I hired C&Y to remove poison ivy from a tree on my front lawn. My technician was thoughtful to remove all the poison ivy at the root and trim the vines from the tree that extended up the trunk and into the branches. He explained everything and did not use herbicides due to the fragile state of my tree ;’which would have killed it. "This crew is amazing!  My uncle needed to have a tree removed from our
backyard... I'm talking HUGE with many of the biggest limbs leaning over
our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and
use his services.  He removed this tree in two days, even with it being
some of the hottest days its been in a while!  His whole crew was
extremely kind and they made sure to clean up very carefully after they
were done. They even took a look at my broken car when they
noticed me filling my radiator with water!  We were thrilled with the
