We paid a little more to work with Ismael but it was money well spent. My rationale was the benefit of paying a skilled craftsman to do the work correctly outweighed my time having to correct potential mishaps. We had such a great experience. Ismael and his crew were punctual, on budget and finished exactly when they said they would. They also revealed amazing attention to details--they identified and corrected a creek in a section of the floor and a stain that could not be sanded so they replaced that section of the floor. The floors turned out beautiful and we could not be happier. Ismael and his crew are consummate professionals! The best!"
