"I needed my irrigation system updated before the hot weather sets in. I met with Stephen from Scott's Landscaping on Wednesday, May 21st, and discussed what I needed done. Stephen started work on Thursday, the 22nd. He did a phenomenal job, and left the job site very clean. I am very happy with all aspects of the irrigation overhaul. I would definitely recommend Scott's Landscaping and would hire them again in the future."

In June of 2014, Down aunder Services landscaped our entire backyard (almost a third of an acre), transforming a rocky, dirt-filled wasteland into a gorgeous, lush space with a tiered hill and grass. "He's worked for us for a number of years. He consistently cleans up and mows a steep slope we have in the back. He's also worked on a few hardscape projects. He's worked on the sprinkler system, put in a stucco retaining wall, installed a paver boundary for the grass. He also does landscape lighting! I honestly don't call anybody else for my landscaping work. He's an versatile problem solver, and overall, does excellent work."

Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"We felt we received a very fair price, particularly with the 25% discount that was available at the time we contacted Apollo. We visited Apollo's studio and were able to select from a wide variety of pavers and manufacturers.  We also appreciated the advice we received from the office staff there.  Apollo Owner Jose Cuellar and Jesus (the project manager) personally reviewed the daily work to assure it was done properly.  They also were very informative when we asked them for advice on certain issues, for instance, which sealer to use.  The work was done by very conscientious demolition and paver installation crews.  Demolition can be noisy and dusty, but the crew told us what to expect each day and carefully cleaned up the work site at the end of the day.  The paver installation crew was very professional and very attentive to detail - we ended up with a beautiful job.

"Received several proposals based on a landscape design already prepared. Ali was very knowledgeable about details and was able to revise his proposal on the fly while meeting with us to fit within our budget, while still achieving our aesthetic goals. Work started promptly, and generally proceeded uninterrupted, with only one or two exceptions. As a rule, there was some work done every day, and occasionally a large team showed up to complete a phase of the project before the weekend. All of RES's workers and project manager were very courteous and professional. Some changes were made at our request along the way with reasonable change in cost. Also, some undesirable variations from the plan occurred, but these were promptly corrected upon request. A more formal change order process may have avoided these deviations, but the final product was of excellent, showing obvious pride in work quality, and Ali had many helpful suggestions along the way. Final cleanup currently underway."
