"I needed my irrigation system updated before the hot weather sets in. I met with Stephen from Scott's Landscaping on Wednesday, May 21st, and discussed what I needed done. Stephen started work on Thursday, the 22nd. He did a phenomenal job, and left the job site very clean. I am very happy with all aspects of the irrigation overhaul. I would definitely recommend Scott's Landscaping and would hire them again in the future."

"John arrived exactly when he said he would be here.  He helped us finish covering the driveway pavers and then carefully dumped 15 cubic yards of gorilla hair mulch in our driveway.  He knew exactly how much room we needed for it and he was right.  The gorilla hair mulch was very good quality, much better than we had seen elsewhere.  We were very pleased to have found San Diego Mulch.

"The best landscape crew we have had in 30 years of owning this home! They pay great attention to detail, and are quick to respond if a problem arises. They work hard, have a great attitude, and are very professional. Our yard always looks so great, and we receive many compliments from the neighbors.  "

"He's worked for us for a number of years. He consistently cleans up and mows a steep slope we have in the back. He's also worked on a few hardscape projects. He's worked on the sprinkler system, put in a stucco retaining wall, installed a paver boundary for the grass. He also does landscape lighting! I honestly don't call anybody else for my landscaping work. He's an versatile problem solver, and overall, does excellent work."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. Thank you, Charlie!"

"Modern Home Remodeling did wonders for our backyard, turning it into the perfect outdoor retreat. They installed elegant pavers, a beautiful pool, and a cozy firepit, complemented by vibrant synthetic grass. Their focus on detail and our specific wishes resulted in a functional yet stylish space that we can't get enough of. The whole process was smooth and completed right on schedule. They're a top-notch choice for any outdoor renovation."

"The service was a little rough around the edges. The technician who came out it was his first day on the job. He installed a couple of the screens incorrectly. We called them back and they sent him back out to properly install the screens."

"We felt we received a very fair price, particularly with the 25% discount that was available at the time we contacted Apollo. We visited Apollo's studio and were able to select from a wide variety of pavers and manufacturers.  We also appreciated the advice we received from the office staff there.  Apollo Owner Jose Cuellar and Jesus (the project manager) personally reviewed the daily work to assure it was done properly.  They also were very informative when we asked them for advice on certain issues, for instance, which sealer to use.  The work was done by very conscientious demolition and paver installation crews.  Demolition can be noisy and dusty, but the crew told us what to expect each day and carefully cleaned up the work site at the end of the day.  The paver installation crew was very professional and very attentive to detail - we ended up with a beautiful job.

"I had a slab leak in my home which caused damage to my living room, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen and dining room walls and floors. Mike handled my restoration from the beginning communicating all my options, my best options, and options for improvements along the way. He was able to reply me my house, fix all walls and match existing texture which was hugely important to me. My home is now restored. The end result is no more under slab plumbing, no more TV cables visible hanging on the wall, completely different and professional interior paint job. He built a soffit and installed lighting in it to hide the new plumbing. Mike added insulation inside to insure water would not be heard running. Mike really pays attention to detail and communicates effectively. I’m very happy with his work. The soffit added character to the living room and looks amazing, it’s all square. Mike also replanned my 1/2 bathroom so I would have any sink/vanity combination available to me when my wife and I went looking for a new set. I’d highly recommend Cal Pacific for any project."

"Received several proposals based on a landscape design already prepared. Ali was very knowledgeable about details and was able to revise his proposal on the fly while meeting with us to fit within our budget, while still achieving our aesthetic goals. Work started promptly, and generally proceeded uninterrupted, with only one or two exceptions. As a rule, there was some work done every day, and occasionally a large team showed up to complete a phase of the project before the weekend. All of RES's workers and project manager were very courteous and professional. Some changes were made at our request along the way with reasonable change in cost. Also, some undesirable variations from the plan occurred, but these were promptly corrected upon request. A more formal change order process may have avoided these deviations, but the final product was of excellent, showing obvious pride in work quality, and Ali had many helpful suggestions along the way. Final cleanup currently underway."
