Get matched with top brick and stone flatwork repair pros in Jamaica, NY

"We hired Smart General Contracting Corp. for construction work of brick wall repairs recently. The worksite was at 17th Street windsor Terrace Brooklyn, NY. Their work was reliable, safe, according to contract terms, friendly and professional. We were pleased that the job had been done successfully."

"We needed a complete demo and replacement of a brick front staircase and iron railing - a project that was long overdue - and came to Angi’s for referrals. What an absolute treasure it was to find Eddie of A&A General Construction, Inc. A team of 4 craftsmen demo’ed and then artfully reconstructed our 6 step brick front staircase with precision. The team was enthusiastic to make the most of a day’s work and simply did a spectacular job with our project. When it came time for the installation of the iron railings, imagine our surprise when the scroll pattern on the railing was matched to the existing pattern on the storm door - a delightful surprise and reminder of the attention to detail for Eddie and his team. Truth be told, we added on 2 additional projects as we needed help with a small scale cement work project on the sidewalk AND had the foundation of the house repaired, scraped and coated with a waterproof barrier. We will hire A&A for future projects - their work is exceptional"

"Very nice and professional. His work speaks for itself. Definitely recommend and will use for future stone and brick projects"

"Good experience. The price was fair, work was professional. Sunny and his team repaired my stone patio that was damaged by roots from a tree."

"RiteTech was hired to do what we thought would be a simple pointing job. As things progressed the workers uncovered a larger problem. Under the guidance of Jay, the general manager, the crew managed to carefully demolish and skillfully rebuild the water damaged parapet wall. Definitely would recommend RiteTech to friends and family. They are very knowledgeable in masonry work. I found them to be trustworthy and honest, and offered great customer service."

"Very happy with the entire project from start to finish . Rakesh was a consummate professional throughout the process. Promptly returned texts and requests to incorporate language in the contract and answered my husband’s and my questions Price was very fair and reasonable. He and his team worked straight through the day until steps were completed . They were meticulous and precise laying the bricks and bluestone . They also watered down work area and removed debris ; I didn’t have to do anything . Very happy with the finished project which exceeded my expectations. I definitely would hire JP Restoration for another project . In fact, my husband wants him to look at another project at his house . High recommend this company."

"Torres Contracting did an outstanding job repairing my old front and side stoops that had significant water damage. On time and at an extremely fair price. His masons then built two matching brick/bull nose flower beds in front of house. Beautifully done and I received many compliments from the neighbors!"

"I called Michael early on Saturday he came to see my house in two hours. He came with his partner. Both were educated and really gave me an honest estimate. They truly believe in preserving the brick. I booked them for two jobs on site and will be booking them again for another job. Price is great and work was done extremely well. I would recommend to my friends."

"Aldo, did a terrific job and repairing the tiles in the bathroom shower and grouting them so that water would not leak to the basement. He also closed the hole in the ceiling with new sheet rock. Great job highly recommend Aldo"

"We went through a number of estimates with different companies. AHA is the only company that took time to check the setup, run the calculations, and explain exactly what will happen with the stairs. In our case, correcting the rise height of the stairs would change the number of stairs and the size of the landing -- something no one else fully identified before throwing out a quote. To make sure I got exactly what I wanted, the owner of AHA took me to the store to choose the exact stones I wanted. They worked fast and efficiently, and (having checked around) the price is very good. To me it felt like a family business. They took care with their work and were generous with identifying and repairing extra details. I am really happy with the outcome and totally see me hiring them in the future for my sidewalk project."
