They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

""Replacing a flat roof above an operating daycare required a different schedule from an ordinary residential project. The roof was leaking near a classroom and had soft areas around two drains, but weekday removal would have created too much noise over occupied rooms. We agreed on a weekend-heavy schedule with smaller finishing tasks completed during closed hours. Interior protection was installed above the affected classroom, storage cabinets, and the route to the roof hatch. The playground below the loading area was closed and covered during tear-off. Staff received a written schedule showing when each area would be unavailable. Removal confirmed wet insulation at both drains and one damaged deck section beside the parapet. The rest of the deck remained usable. New insulation, a single-ply membrane, drain flashing, and perimeter details were installed before the building reopened. The crew arrived earlier than the agreed time on the second weekend"
