"Olvin is by far the best contractor we've ever worked with. Smart, diligent, communicates well, works fast, cleans up afterwards, reasonably priced, and so much more. He did a full reno of the kitchen of my dad's Bayside coop, and partial reno of two bathrooms. He also did repair work in my Jamaica Estates home, identifying a roof leak and repairing the leak and ceiling. Call Olvin, and tell him Gary sent you. You will not be disappointed. "Micheal was timely when he met with us to go over the work that we wanted to get done. A brick wall to give us privacy in the back of the house with a strip of paved flooring for our new outdoor grill and cabinets, front steps and paved pathway to the front entrance of the house. He was so patient and came up with a lot of great ideas such as adding out door multi color led strip lighting around the new wall and garage. Which adds a wonderful ambience to our outdoor entertaining. The price was fair and Micheal and his team were professional, worked precise and they take Pride in their Craft. We’re looking forward to our next project. Will Definitely recommend."
