He arrived at the specified time and started the work. He covered the floor leading to the powder room with a tarp and started pulling up the old floor. He asked us about how we would like the new tile laid and began to lay the pattern we requested. He keep the work area very clean and was very personable as well as professional. He came back the next morning to grout the tiles. We were so happy with the work performed and would certainly use him again as well as recommend him to anyone who needs tile work done."

"Nathan is very professional and customer oriented. I cannot believe that he was able to restore my bedroom carpet that other carpet cleaners were unable to do. The bubble gum cleaning fluid as he calls it and his new powerful machine did a fantastic job. I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but now I don't. He also explained the difference between a shampoo and a deep cleaning. I went for the latter for my bedroom and it really made a difference.
