"Nick created our patio and renovated our kitchen/dining room in the fall/winter of 2020. The 700 square foot patio is made of Nicolock pavers that mimic blue stone. The patio was our dream come true! All our family and friends rave about it. Nick and his team worked so hard to complete the patio in a short time despite some inclement weather. He installed a beautiful Costco wooden pergola and a stone fire pit onto the patio. Itâ s gorgeous and we will be hosting gatherings and creating memories on it for years to come! Nick and his team then knocked down a wall between a kitchen and dining room that was load bearing. They did a beautiful job creating a beam and opening up the space. They gut renovated the kitchen and put in new laminate wood floors, cabinets, backsplash, quartz countertop. Itâ s perfect! He then fixed up the ceilings after an electrician put in recessed lights throughout our first floor living room, kitchen and dining area. Heâ s professional, easy to work with, really nice. Two things that really stand out about Nick are - 1) Honesty. He is always upfront about expectations, costs, timeline. He takes full ownership of any minor errors he and his team may make and fixes them immediately. 2) knowledgeable - itâ s amazing how much he knows about his trade. Heâ s not a licensed electrician or plumber but he still knew so much about it that it was helpful when we had to hire electrician and plumber. Nick and his team go above and beyond. Even our neighbors commented to us on how hard they worked on the patio. Nick has become not only our Contractor but someone we would like to call friend. I am a big fan and recommend him to work on any new construction/home improvement project!"
