Recently we noticed our house was getting much warmer and our whole house fan wasn?t able to cool us down. So I recontacted Usman to add additional ventilation to my roof and he was out the next day to talk about my needs and give me an estimate. He gave me a fair quote, kept me well informed on the time line for when they could start/complete the project, and followed through. "Michael was extremely accomodating and thorough in explaining what was going to happen with the foam stucco we wanted on our house. the workers did a beautiful job. we also wanted new gutters and michael was able to get someone to do the job for us. however, we never received a paid invoice regarding the gutter job. Job was done in April 2024, now is august 2024. even after multiple texts and calls. we never received an invoice. when Michael asked for payments we never hesitated to pay. We would like a paid invoice for gutter job."

It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"
