"Fantastic company to work with. Bernie was able to drop by and go over everything we hadn’t even thought of (drainage from our downspouts, how to think about an area by the stairs). We got great suggestions for pavers. Nolisha in the office was very responsive and excellent to work with. She was very detailed and made sure everyone was on the same page about materials, dates, etc. The crew who did the installation did a fantastic job. The patio looks amazing, including all the detail and small edges: they carefully cut pavers very small and curved to fit along an awkward area and it looks so natural. They were fast, didn’t need anything from me, and cleaned up very nicely. We got a wonderful patio for a very reasonable price and we will probably hire them again to redo our front walkway."

"Silvio and his team are excellent. They worked 9 hours each day in rain, heat, storm to get the job done in 6 days. Silvio and his team are true professionals. Their design and craftsmanship is excellent. Silvio provided excellent recommendations on the type of paver to compliment the house color, the functional design and layout of the patio as well as type of stone veneer. Silvio's team did a superb job precisely laying the foundation and cutting the pavers perfectly, ensuring a small degree of slope for water run off as well as correct engineering measurements on the angles of the patio. "I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

They took a great care to make sure the patio was done right. He spent a lot of tome making sure the water drains properly around the patio."

"Gardens by the Yard worked with us every step of the way, offering design suggestions but never insisting; providing expertise when it came to finicky underground sprinkler systems as well as overall expertise as to what was recommended for sunny and shady areas; responding to last-minute calls for advice and guidance about watering, etc.; and just generally being available. They paid specific attention to our rather unusual request for moss beds. We would like to make a particular shout-out to the Gardens by the Yard crew. Every single member was wonderful to work with: knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and caring when it came to achieving what it was we were aiming for. They also interfaced very well with other contractors (stone masons, irrigation specialists, tree crews, land survey crews, etc.) In short, Gardens by the Yard knows how to achieve a great result and they did. We anticipate that the full impact of our project won't be known until Spring 2023, but we expect it to be a very good one."

"I chose Pave Tech after reading the many positive reviews that are posted online. Eddie and his crew did not disappoint! After my initial inquiry, Eddie stopped by, answered all of my questions, gave a fair price and provided an estimate of when he would be able to pave the driveway. On the day of the paving, the whole crew rolled in before 8:00 with all of the equipment. They quickly got to work excavating and then paving the driveway. Four hours later, they were done and on their way. The finished product looks great and I have no doubt is built to last.
