"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Excellent work. He replaced a drop ceiling and installed a window. He is confident and has every reason to be. The job was done on time and the clean up was perfect."

"Very happy with the finished results on installation of 2 Jacuuzi shower upgrades at our primary residence - the Jacuzzi product is high quality - our lead contact John Cummings began with a site visit and engineeered the 2 shower cost proposals then upon acceptance helped set our dates for instllation - the install team of Tulo and Gabriel completed each shower in one day each on consecutive days and after waiting 24 hours for proper setup the showers were ready for full use"

"had Integrity Bathworks redo my shower area and the transformation is unbelievable. Greg and Josh did an amazing job and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. The new shower looks clean, modern, and built solid. They were professional, worked hard, and made sure everything came out perfect. I’d definitely recommend Integrity Bathworks to anyone looking to upgrade their shower."

"Joe and Silmac were hired to do a complete gut and renovation of my master bath to something sleek and modern that my designer and I had put together. I got the recommendation for Joe from a friend who did two bathroom renos with him and the work was beautiful. This bathroom scale was much larger and the quality of the work was top notch. Joe is a perfectionist and it shows, he wants it done perfectly and for you to be happy. I even tacked on adding a wall and enclosing my office space part way through the bathroom and Joe executed that with speed and helped me to make some fast decisions. Joe is responsible obtaining all the necessary permits and inspections and hires quality people. The final product of the bathroom is just what I dreamed. The only major snag we encountered was the shower glass supplier (who was not Joes usual supplier) encountered some delays in the delivery and it impacted timing for the final completion of the project. I’d recommend Silmac again wholeheartedly!"

"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. Respectfully Leslie Greeley Brewster Ma"

"We reached out to Jeff based on previous reviews here on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. We gutted and renovated a full bath, including replacing a tub with a glass enclosed shower. Jeff and his team do very high quality work and are extremely professional. They finished on schedule and in record time. As the walls were opened, we ended up needing to change our initial design and this was done with no effort and no issue. Jeff is very communicative and transparent, so there were no surprises. We valued his opinions and experience as the project progressed and were very pleased with the outcome. We would definitely recommend and would use him again!"

"Very professional installers of my new walk in shower. They repaired dry wall and did plumbing and shower installation. Very happy with the job."

"Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."

"I recently worked with WR Builders Inc. on a bathroom renovation, and the results are stunning. Their team was professional and really listened to my ideas. They offered helpful suggestions that enhanced the final design. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the final product is beautiful."
