"They were supposed to come out and see what was wrong with my pool. I assumed I needed new sand. They were gonna check everything which they didn?t do. He just came in halfway change. The sand didn?t check the laterals. It was not working when he left and he was like no it?s OK it?ll it?ll start working. It was the owner?s son lying to my face like I was a dog avoid these people or someone was reaching for the money before I was even finished talking just a bunch of crooks."

"This technician assigned through our home warranty company and it was a complete nightmare. Initially we were excited to find out the technician that they sent was Anthony, who we met about 10 years ago at a local pool shop. Anthony seemed to be quite knowledgeable so when he showed up to do the claim we were excited. Unfortunately after taking the $80 service fee, he ghosted us- no updates, no repairs, and said one thing while doing nothing to resolve this with the warranty company. Calls and texts were ignored from both me and my wife while Anthony made zero effort to follow through with the warranty company. We have been left with a broken pool and a ruined summer. In fact the warranty company will still accept the assessment from a third party which will hire out of pocket. Anthony did absolutely nothing but waste our time and take our money. I hope that $80 was worth it. If you are considering hiring him do not. Total disappointment!"
