And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. "Andrew and his crew were great! He kept in touch with us while everything was on hold during the pandemic. He showed up exactly when he said he would. We had a leak in our back bedroom. They cleaned out the old insulation and replaced it with new. They fixed the damaged ceiling and wall. You can’t even tell there was an issue. They also replaced broken glass block windows in our basement, bathroom, and laundry room with new glass box and window vents. They worked quickly and cleaned up the areas after they were finished. He made several suggestions about the floor, window seat, recessed lighting and the backsplash. Rick's craftsmanship was excellent, his price very competitive, as I had received several estimates. He was on time, and let me know what to expect and when each item would be complete. Rick let me know any areas he felt I should obtain anther contractor for, such as plumbing. The next 2 projects are the garage which Rick is starting soon and the main bathroom. I highly recommend Rick for any of your construction needs. I do not have anything negative to say about the construction of my kitchen."
