"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

Emmanuel was great to work with, very detailed in his estimate, and very businesslike when I requested changes. I am coming back 2 years later to write this because I did have a problem with some of the tile work. After 2 years, I sent Emmanuel a message with my concern. He immediately sent out a tile technician. He covered the costs of the repair, including procuring additional tile. His technician, Manuel, was extremely competent and kept me apprised every step of the way. When rating a business, I think the ability to overcome an issue is one of the keys one should look for.
