"He was very professional. he started and finished when he said he was going to. He was curtious to my dog. He even enjoyed the dog laying in his work area. he worked around my dog. He only charged me for what he paid for parts. I seen the charges he had so i know i wasn't getting upcharged like other people that gave me a quote. I would reccomend him for any plumbing job. He even reccomended me getting some parts since i get a better discount at ceratin stores than him. Great guy and great job."

"Contacted Conners Plumbing & Heating to come out and inspect our 12 year old leaking hot water heater to determine whether a replacement was needed. Dave was quickly able to determine that a replacement was necessary. Pricing was discussed, we obtained additional quotes, and ultimately decided to have Conners Plumbing & Heating complete the actual installation. Pros: Very professional and knowledgeable, respectful of your home (used shoe covers, covered carpeting when removing old heater and bringing the new one in), and easy to work with. Local company (Waseca, MN) with local staff (our installer, Dave, was from Owatonna). Cons: Priced higher than all other quotes that we obtained, and that was even AFTER receiving a 15% discount on the total cost. (We received a 15% discount due to the fact that we signed up for the "Service Partner" program). Also, the office staff indicated that our installer would be at our home at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the install but the actual arrival time was later than that because the installer had to obtain the permit and pick up the hot water heater prior coming to our home that morning. To summarize: Even though the cost was greater than all of the other quotes that we obtained, we still opted to utilize Conners Plumbing & Heating because they were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating."

"Happy they were able to fit me into their schedule relatively quickly. They explained everything, were on time, cleaned-up afterward. I was not able to do comparison pricing. I was not sure how long my malfunctioning pump would continue to work. I selected them based on good reviews. I may have been able to save some money with someone else, but I do not feel like the price was too high. You get what you pay for. I’m very happy with what they did."

"Our water heater developed a leak. Spear Plumbing and heating was the contractor currently being used by Center Point energy. The installer called and made an appointment for the next morning. (The leak was bothersome but not an emergency). He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and professional, was neat, and very quick. He had us up and running in 2 hours. As per the deal he drained and removed the old tank, used copper pipe in replacement areas, and brought the installation up to code which it hadn't been. When he was finished he went over everything. He showed me what he had done to be sure we'd pass the city inspection, he went over the features of the tank, and explained the electronic thermostat and maintenance procedures tat I will perform. Overall the guy rated a perfect 10! Before any craftsman comes to your home, particularly the basement, be sure that the way is clear. He needs to be able to navigate your steps and needs room to work on the water heater, furnace, etc. also, a lesson I learned along the way is that although the guy may like company at the bar he prefers to work without you looking over his shoulder. <br />"

He was very punctual and professional; he was here when he said he would be. He was all around a really nice guy. He in fact recommended a plumber to me. He was really down to earth and honest. If I was to call somebody where I needed general contracting, they are the ones I would call."

He was always on site at the time that he scheduled to be here. The quality of work was excellent and fit perfectly with the new appliances. He has a very professional demeanor. He cleaned up thoroughly each day. Additionally, he responded to phone calls quickly and was flexible when he needed to be in order to accommodate other contractors and worked well with them when needed.
