"i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind "storm" that came through my neighborhood a while back. i faired pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up. he told me the roof was ok except for the shingles that blew off. he didn't have the type or color of shingle i needed and told me he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic)....the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does some kind of temp job on that tarpaper stuff and says he will return. talk about a good call. i had three good rain storms before he returned for the repair. i got the before and after pictures. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the final outcome. FINALLY.....the trifecta of a business. price, service, and professionalism (and just basically fun folks)"

"We had five different companies give us bids, and when Cody Witt came, he explained their products and the differences compared to others. We chose a shingle that was not very different from our old shingles but had depth definition and a lifetime warranty. Barrier netting was used for tear down and installation. The netting went from the eaves of the house down to outside of our flowerbeds where another net caught the debris. This protected all of our flower beds and also made for a more efficient clean-up. They also covered our pool and spa with a full tarp to protect them from any debris. The crew never slowed down and because of their work ethic and attention to detail, experience and pride, they know their work shows and they are proud of it and so are we. WCS provided a full-time project manager on sight the entire time to oversee the work and answer our questions.
