"BRG Custom Stones did excellent work on the replacement to granite of the countertops for two of our bathrooms. Removal of old counters and install of new countertops and undermount sinks were done quickly and carefully so no damage to surrounding walls and cabinets. All cuts to the new granite for sinks and fixtures were precise so everything fit perfectly with existing cabinets. The new granite looks fantastic! Luis and his team were professional and courteous. Communication about all aspects of the project was prompt and informative. We knew what to expect for every part of this project. Highly recommend Luis and BRG Custom Stones. "I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"

"Going to a 50/50 xeriscape. Mr Gola had fabulous design ideas that he brought to fruition. I had to do one section at a time. Sometimes a large area sometimes small. He was always attentive to my requests large or small. He does that extra to make sure things are done right. His prices are always fair, his crew polite and hard working, results keep me coming back and I most highly recommend Q’s Landscaping. High moral standards show thru in his design and attention to detail."

"He was 45 min late for initial estimate but we decided to go with him anyway. He sent out two guys to instill Grip Rite to cover damaged shingles {about 2 3x4 & 1 8x4 sections} for upcoming storm. $145 for materials and they spent 15 min to install. After having issues getting in touch with Mike through his office leaving messages with no return phone calls. The last time I spoke with the lady at the office she said I need to make out all checks payable top her, That made me a little nervous and decided to go in a different direction. He said fine but I owe him $1500 for the 15 min and $145 in materials. I thought that was crazy, I offered $750 which was still ridiculous. He demanded $1500. I refused to pay. Long story short he put a lien on a house that I don't even own. I would not recommend over and above for anything."

"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."
