"This so-called pro is every homeowner nightmare. He initially called and scheduled the job for a week thereafter, promising he'll call back to confirm on the Friday before; he never did. Regardless, I reached-out to him and once again he promised he'll come to do my job couple days later; of course he didn't show up. Speaking to this person is an experience in itself; rude? abrasive? take your pick! No organization that considers itself professional would engage such an entity; period. "
