"Septic Tank pump out, work was very efficient. Crew cleaned up after, could barely tell they were there. Showed me a couple of minor things worth watching in the future."

"great job, found the tank, dug it up, pumped it out."

"I had an emergency on the 4th of July. I begin calling Septic tanks professionals, even where it stated they were 24/7, I got voicemails, or told they can come out next Monday. They didn’t listen to me. I had toilets backed up, water leaking in my closets, tub and shower holding water. Howbeit, Ty picked up the phone. Listened to my frantic details of my home Ty and Brandon came to my rescue. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, informative, and extremely experience technicians in their respective field. I’m going to put the word out that even on a 4th of July holiday if you have a problem with your septic tank and water is overflowing in your home, don’t hesitate call the pros Septic Medic Environmental. They truly care about their customers. ********** 10 stars"

"They are very professional. They did an excellent job in cleaning out my tank and explained everything To me about the condition of my tank. They explained how to Maintain it Without having any issues. Their price was excellent, and they came when they were Supposed to. Very punctual. I will recommend them to anybody and hires them again.. They are also very knowledgeable in repairs and putting a new tank in If I ever need to do that."

"Johnathan Henrich did an amazing job installing a new sump pump after my old one failed. Just in time for the rainy weather"

"I HIGHLY recommend A New Beginning for your plumbing needs. We had an emergency so we went on Angi and submitted a form, someone from the company called me within five minutes and came out for a free inspection the very next morning. Before even pulling into the driveway, he knew exactly what the issue was just by looking at the yard which gave us the confidence that we had the right people. He was very straight with us, explained everything without any “sales” or jargon that we wouldn’t understand, very transparent and informative. Turns out we needed the septic pumped and entire drain field cleaned out. They helped out the first morning to hold us over until they could come out two days later which really helped us out. When they came for the job, they were friendly and QUICK! Overall great communication through the entire process, fairly priced, and went above and beyond to solve our emergency. No need to shop around, these are the guys you want."

"Called them this morning about 8:30 AM and told the office we heard gurgling from the toilets when taking a shower. The office person said the likely cause was a clogged septic tank filter. The office said their crews were really backed up and they likely couldn't arrive until tomorrow. At about 11:00 AM the office called and said someone cancelled and they would arrive today, The crew arrived around 12 noon and uncovered the access covers to the septic tank, cleaned the filter and pumped out the tank. Jay and Moe did a great job. Jay provided a recommendation for a different type septic tank filter that won't clog up as quickly. Jay said to buy it from Amazon and they (Green's Crew) could install it the next time the tank is pumped. We really appreciate Green's bumping us up in their schedule to get this job done earlier than expected and we really appreciate the workers (Jay and Moe) that do this type work in a professional and workman like manner."

"I got one price over phone and when they took septic cover off. they told me they needed to charge more cause there was grease in the tank for the future I'll ask more questions before I hire a company so there's no surprises."
