"Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."

Mark came out, tested our water for hardness and explained in layman's terms the differences between the systems we were considering. We opted for a whole-house salt-free filtration system. "I had a leak in my kitchen sink for a few weeks, but I put off calling a plumber and just used a bucket to catch the drips, but then when my drain was not draining I knew I couldn't wait any longer. I called Mr. Plumber to have someone come out to fix the kitchen sink and drain. They would have come out that day if I wanted them too, but I told them that I could wait until the next morning. Mike and Chris came early the next morning to check out what they needed to do. After rodding the drain pipe they saw that the grease build up was so bad that to do the job correctly and save me money in the long run, they would need to use a rigid mini jetter to hydroscrub the lines. They also put in new basket stainers in the kitchen sink because that is what was leaking. They finished the work in the kitchen before the rest of the people in my house got up for breakfast. They also made sure that any mess they made was cleaned up before they left. I was very satisfied with the work."
