He is very knowledgeable and courteous and shares information with the customer about what he is doing and what's in the sprays, powders, etc. We called him earlier in the week and he was able to come out on the weekend. He stayed for about 3 hours to make sure he did a thorough job. Everything he uses is botanical based, so you don't have to worry about harmful chemicals in your home. He has excellent customer service. He did a multi-step process to knock em out quickly, which we really appreciate.
