"Scam company is not even authorized to do business in Washington state. Pushes you to put down a deposit quickly fudges the quotes. Then asks for double before they complete the job. When you ask for you deposit back they tell you to kick rocks. I have to involve my lawyer. "

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

I signed with this company because I was reassured I would get professional service, integrity, and a better experience than with other movers who supposedly damage items, damage walls, leave jobs incomplete, and create unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened here. The crew arrived about an hour late. More importantly, my written quote stated 4 movers and 2 trucks (hence why it was a higher quote), but only 1 truck arrived, which meant multiple trips and much less efficiency (two hours wasted in transit alone). I was also told furniture would be disassembled and reassembled, but several items were left unfinished, including my sectional, which was not properly put back together after the steel connectors were bent during the move. It took us over an hour to rebend the metal and get it assembled ourselves. I also had to spend much of my weekend fixing things they left incomplete instead of unpacking."

"Hired to move some designated pieces of furniture and other items from primary home in NE to a BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION home in Big Pine Key, FL. Items were picked up on 7/20 and initially going to warehouse in Dallas. Requested Delivery 7/29-8/1. Husband and I drove down and arrived 7/28. Contacted company 7/29 to be informed everything was still in warehouse. When asked if they were still coming this week was told probably not. After two days of back and forth, was informed they try and honor delivery requests but it states 3-21 days in contract with day 1 being when you can accept delivery and you don't count weekends. Husband and I had to fly back home to NE on 8/3 and I said 21 days could be 8/26. I was told it might not be that long and I said I am going to need at minimum of 72 hours as I can't just drop everything and jump on a plane. That did happen and scrambled on a flight paying additional $600. Damaged house and furniture from delivery cost us nearly $4000 to fix. RUN!"

"I did hire this pro based on the information that their employee gave me. I repeated the contract and the employee said no, we will give you more time. I called to cancel and was told by someone else that if we cancel after 72 hours then it would be nonrefundable. These scammers lied to me to get my money and then when I wanted to cancel - they hid behind a contract that their employee did not stand behind. Then had the nerve to tell me I was in the wrong when I following all protocol based on the phone call I had with this company. These people are scam artists who shouldn't be allowed on Angi or anywhere for any reason."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They secured my stuff. But No One told me I was being charged for the tape!! Do you think they cleaned up the mess they left! NO!! They loaded my belongings that I worked hard for. On the way I get a call stating the truck broken down. That they would put it on another truck. Obviously they did somewhere. My stuff went to Hollywood FL. Why they did this I have no idea. My place I moved to was before you even go to Hollywood FL. It finally arrived. The driver only. So he said no one in this vicinity wanted to make any money off of Market place. So who do you think helped to unload? I did. I?m 65 years young. Do you think that they took it off of my bill? NO! That?s another story. My stuff was broken, scratched up, and a box was lost. I called and told them. I was told they would check. But never called me back. Now they give me a quote for the move right. Oh NO!! You pay double. Pay it or you won?t get your stuff!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ??"
