"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."

"this project took 2 weeks longer to install than expected. They ordered the wrong part which caused a delay. The workers who came to do the job left a mess in the house that I had to clean up, which did not take very long, but should have been done. I had a dumpster at the house that I was using for other home repair, and they wanted to use it to throw away the other materials. I said sure, just don't let it go over the top because I would have to pay for that. They did anyways. The job looked great when it was installed and worked just fine. While I liked the shower upon completion, I would not hire them again."
