"I saw that someone said they wish the price was cheaper to install irrigation, wow so do I HOWEVER before I hired Nashville Irrigation and Lighting, I got 7 quotes from different companies within the same timeframe. They all came one by one - quoting me 7 to 10 zones - between $5200 to $6500 - noteworthy to mention I did have one lunatic quote me at $11,500 (LUNATIC). Rick came in for a quote on time and early - worked with me on the price - gave me a military discount - and even involved the owner to get a winning bid. They (Jennifer) took care of *811 and they put me on schedule for two weeks out! I had some lie and tell me that it would take a month to get *811 to come out because they knew they could not get to me quickly enough. I was ready to do it NOW! Rick told me they have a dedicated team for only sprinkler install and said they would get it done in one day! I could not believe that (even rolled my eyes at the gesture). We'll see buddy I thought. However today, they came at 0730 and got done completely at 430PM. The install crew was truly the A- Team. Ramiro, Jose, Jacob, Alberto and his dad worked non-stop to get it done in one day because Ramiro said they huddled and committed because I only could only take one day off to be there with them answering questions. The installation crew was extremely experienced and worked extremely well together. Professional, organized, and clean. As soon as I arrived, Ramiro walked with me to ensure he clearly understood the project at hand and this made me feel good about moving forward. Even Rick got involved by bringing them donuts, going to HD twice - once for marking flags and seed. Upon completion, they reseeded after covering up the trenches. Yard does not look bad at all even on the first day. This was a top-notch job and I am glad I selected Nashville Irrigation to take care of my install. They have it figured out from the consultation, to the office staff (Jennifer), to the installers and up to the owner (Sean). I am not getting paid for this review and I doubt they need my review for more business but for other consumers like me that was clueless until my 7 quotes - I strongly recommend you give these people a chance at your business. Everything works great today and they stand behind their work with a two year labor and parts warranty and even through the first winterization service free! Thank you A- Team! "I had 3 different plumbers quote my job. I chose Troy with Graceworks (owner). He is very thorough, quotes jobs with details, not just a bottom line. He had to work in a tight crawlspace to do drain and supply lines, and then into a hot attic and roof for the vent system. Troy was thorough in his quote and meticulous in his work. He had to put in a new vent stack thru the roof. Interestingly, all the other plumbers I talked to said they would plumb the vent into the attic, but would not go thru the roof, that I would be responsible for getting someone else to do that work. Troy's quote included a full installation of the vent, and then did a perfect job. He is trustworthy, and stayed in touch with me to make sure everything is going the way I expected. Excavation was required for the drain line. That work was part of his quote, and he supervised the excavator's work to ensure it was properly completed. Yes, I'd gladly hire Graceworks Plumbing again, and strongly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work. You can trust him to do a great job for you. He did for me."
