The doors sat in my hallway for over a year and everyone that I had talked to either didn't call me back or didn't show up when they said they were going to. Then I was at a restaraunt in Kirbyville and I saw a business card for TM Contractors and I wrote down their information. I gave him a call and he called me back the next day which was a Saturday. Then he arrived on Monday to take a look at the project. He asked if I wanted him to go get the materials or if I wanted to come along to Lowe's to pick it out myself. They did the job in one day. He came when he said he was going to come and his price will blow you away. He is a fair man and I have come to know him personally since the work and I am considering for future projects."

Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
