They are the installer for Home Depot, which Home Depot expressed for months that they were cutting ties for this company. Our garage door finally arrived to Alaska after 6 long months of waiting, which was a great shipping time. It was delivered to the installer beginning of October. After weeks of calling and leaving messages between Hope Depot my wide and I, to both the husband and wife that own the company, Home Depot finally got ahold of the company, end of November, They said that they had a bunch of orders hit their lap and were going through them and would be calling and setting up an install date. More weeks went by, all of us calling and leaving messages again, Home Depot finally got ahold of them for an install date in January 2023. The most unprofessional company. There is no reason they could have not returned anyones phone calls to tell us, hey we received your messages, we will get you taken care of, but no NOTHING! We recommend this company to NO ONE. Now, work wise, they came the day as promised, installed and did a good job. I just wish they were an ethical company."

"Roger, their estimator, was extremely rude and condescending when dealing with him. The fence is adequate, but it is just a commodity, so you can have any other outfit build one for you just the same. I say go with someone else. I prefer to work with people that are professional and respectful."

"I don't know if the estimator didn't tell the truth, didn't communicate, or was impacted by the inebriating effects of alcohol or illegal substances but this whole project was an unmitigated disaster. It was hardscaping for my front lawn and I had a clear plan that I laid out with my very basic drawing skills and talked through it with the estimator and the workers when they got there. I guess the workers are imported from Mexico or Guatemala in the summer? That's what I understood from my conversation with them and the supervisor that was with them. the work product was so misaligned from what I asked for, and what was on the estimate, and the quality of work was so bad that I eventually spoke to Todd, the owner. Who didn't remember what we had talked about each time I talked to him. It was like his brain reset each time. He didn't remember what he said, what the problem was, or what we had discussed at all. I don't drink, but I think everyone at this company probably does."

"The initial painting went well. A bunch of older high schoolers/young college age kids doing most of the work. They spent about as much time talking to each other as painting. Paint started peeling off a large section of soffit after the first winter now after second winter paint has started peeling off of additional sections of the soffit around the house. I repainted the first section myself being careful to clean, sand and prime and haven't had any additional problems. They used only a paint/primer in one to save time. Given the age of my house, more care should have been taken to prep the surfaces and a primer should have been used. I guess they were the cheapest option for a reason and you get what you paid for."
