The contract was carefully written so that we knew just what we were getting to the exact pricing. "Their finished work was really good. There was one minor problem because it is just him and his brother who had a bad leg. He had to bring some tile upstairs and he used it as kind of a crutch so he broke the tiles in a couple of places. We didn't notice it until after they left. There is nothing that can be done about it because they don't make the tile any longer. Otherwise the work was fine and functional. That was my only complaint."
