First off, I can't say



too many THANK YOUs to Juan and his team! The project was a big undertaking



which included everything from tree removal, irrigation/plumbing relocation to



flagstone design and outdoor lighting.







 







The project could have



not gone any better and surpassed every expectation I had! I originally had



them come in for the design phase of my yard which was the coupon we purchased



from Angie?s List. He came in, took some pictures and then came back with



printouts of a floor plan design as well as super-imposed elevations with the



house and the ideas he came up with. When I told Juan I wanted an Italian Villa



look, he knocked it out of the park!







 







The design included a water



fountain, rock wall with pillars and Italian cypress adorning the front of our



home. He and the team removed an overgrown tree that was destroying my driveway



as well and replaced the area with beautifully placed pavers that added an additional



guest parking space as well as easier access to our rear yard. The entry now



has two low walls leading up to the entrance covered with hand cut flagstone,



post lamps on the front pillars and lions on the rear. The columns to our home are



now accented have Italian cypresses and the built up section with the arched



retaining wall are now home to a Venetian style fountain. The plants were hand-picked



to make sure it provided the right color and theme to the front. A hanging lamp



is now over our entryway with a massive 27? medallion to provide another level



of grandeur. On the opposite side of the property, another pillar was placed



and reinforced for a 20? flag pole as well as lighting so that Old Glory never



falls into darkness. There are too many details to describe, but I will



describe one of the important ones that really made the project special. Juan



knew that we were newlyweds (October 2014) and that we purchased this house in



September 2014 (yes, we like the pressure) and he wanted to add a nice touch.



He found a piece of flagstone and trimmed it up a bit and placed it on the



centerline in front of our entryway. That piece was a heart. The man and his



company are truly artisans as that is the best word I can use to describe them.







 







If you pick any other



landscaping company in Las Vegas, then it is your mistake. All Seasons with



Juan and his team are the ONLY pick for you!!!







 







Our home is now truly a



home and he has made it special. Additionally, we now have the most elegant



home in the neighborhood where the neighbors now slow down as the drive by to

"We wanted to remove Texas Rangers from around the pool with a plant that has less waste but the new plants are just as messy. Drip system was not checked thoroughly so we had some loss. Final inspection was with the owner who was resistant about trimming a tree that was encroaching on the path to the pool. Apparently he didn't want to make another visit. "It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I was fairly pleased. They did a lot of extra work that I wasn't quite sure that I needed done. They were pretty good. He was pretty knowledgeable. They actually had to come back a second time because we needed extra sprinklers on each tree.  We only had one and they suggested that we put in a second one. There was quite a bit more that we had to add on to the actual purchase price. It was kind of an unexpected add-on. They came right away the first time and it was about 2 weeks later when they came the second time. They did good work and he brought helpers. He went over everything but we were not expecting all the extra charges. He suggested things and used standard equipment and put in standard things. They seemed to be a bit more expensive than we bargained for. I think we could have gotten it cheaper if we had gone somewhere else. They were here on time."

"First off: If you are thinking about hiring a company for Landscaping, definitely hire King's Landscape and Maintenance for your job. We obtained several estimates for our patio remodel. We decided to hire King's, because we liked Luis and his ideas. We definitely are glad we did. The workers said they would arrive at 7 am, and each time they arrived at the time they told us. The job site was kept clean as possible, and safety was always a consideration. We strongly felt they cared for our property exactly as we do.
